Working together to raise awareness of the genocide in Sudan has inspired the creation of Awareness and Action Unite.
If you are interested in raising awareness of local and global issues, taking action to make change, or getting others plugged in, join us!
Our mission for Awareness and Action Unite is to bridge local action for global change.
We do this by:
-Inspiring people to Act
-Focusing on Local AND Global issues
-Protecting humanity
-Inspiring the next generation to act, and leading by example
-Acting as a resource for people and organizations wanting to get involved
-Educating and raising awareness about issues that impact our community locally and globally
-Empowering change
-Raising support for organizations and groups working for positive change at home and around the world.
Action Teams will focus on causes and work together to raise awareness and action through events, workshops, fundraisers, media, art, music...the possibilities are only limited to our imagination and dedication.
By focusing both locally and globally, we believe EVERY PERSON will find a cause they are passionate about and use that passion as power for change.
